When should I expect my delivery?
We always aim to get your order to you as soon as possible! When ordering from our Online Store, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. For bulky goods (eg. Furniture, Chimineas, Firepits, BBQ’s) please allow 2-5 business days for processing. After the processing time and once your goods have been collected and are with the courier, you will receive tracking information to the email that you used when checking out.
What if I am not home?
We want to make sure your order gets to you, as a result we try to avoid Authority to Leave on most orders. However, depending on the size of your order or where you live, some carriers don’t give us the option. A courier will also not leave any parcel if there is no place to safely leave the goods.
How does Click & Collect work?
When placing your order, you will have the choice of selecting Click & Collect and being able to collect your order for no extra cost from one of our stores. Once you place your order our team at that store will be notified and will start to prepare your order for collection. We aim to have your order ready within 2 hours, however at times this might take longer and there are times where we might have to transfer stock to the correct location.
Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a text message to the number you entered when placing the order alerting you that your order is ready to collect.
Can someone else collect my order?
If you wish to have someone other than yourself collect your order, please put a note on your order with that Person’s full name.
Will it fit in my car?
This is intended as a guide only as each make and model may differ. With SUV's and Station Wagons, please have your back seats down and ensure there is nothing else in the vehicle (eg. Car Seats).
